This year, the VÍTKOVICE STEEL Endowment Fund (the "Endowment Fund") supported 31 applicants who will receive a financial contribution to improve their lives with a disability. They will receive a total of CZK 2 million. The decision was made by the Board of Directors of the Endowment Fund, which has been helping the handicapped and the elderly in the Moravian-Silesian Region for 17 years. The money is intended for direct assistance to specific individuals, especially for rehabilitation, treatment, therapy or specific medical aids.

We would like to thank all applicants for the financial grant from the VÍTKOVICE STEEL Endowment Fund. Once again we received a large number of applications and the managing board will decide on the allocation of financial assistance in the autumn of this year.

VÍTKOVICE STEEL Endowment Fund is going to support projects of non-profit organizations and individuals again. Another call is going be launched on 1 August and it will be open until 15 September 2021.

The last call of the VÍTKOVICE STEEL Charity Fund helped projects that make sense. Since 2006, we have distributed more than CZK 74 million to non-profit organizations and individuals. We received feedback, for example, from Amálka’s father, who needed intensive physiotherapy.

This year again, the Management Board of the VÍTKOVICE STEEL Endowment Fund supported a total of 11 projects of non-profit organizations and individuals. We handed out 1.6 million crowns to those who needed the financial support most at this difficult time.

Applications for financial support of your project implemented in Moravian-Silesian region in 2021 can be sent by you between 1 August and 15 September, 2020.
