Helping Transform Lives in the Moravian-Silesian Region

Since 2006, we have been actively working to improve the lives of children, young people, seniors, and individuals with disabilities in our region.
We support those who need it most – families in difficult life situations, children with mental or physical disabilities, individuals facing serious health challenges and non profit organisations

Our mission is to provide direct and meaningful support. We step in where other options are no longer available, offering financial assistance for:

Essential medical equipment and aids

Rehabilitation and treatment programs

Support for individuals and families going through difficult life circumstances

Since our foundation was established, we have distributed nearly 80 millions CZK. This support has helped hundreds of people in the Moravian-Silesian Region lead a more dignified, healthier, and fulfilling life.

We believe that solidarity, compassion, and human kindness belong in everyday life.

Our goal is to be a bridge between those who need help – and those who can offer it.

STEELish people help

A heart of steel beats for good: Vítkovice Steel employees hand out aid with a smile

Every year, our colleagues can nominate non-profit organizations and families in need of financial assistance. Vítkovice Steel supports its employees who want to help those in need in this way, which is why the Vítkovice Steel Foundation’s “People from Steel help” programme was created.

The “People of Steel Help” programme has been running since 2015 and serves as a platform for funding and coordinating volunteer projects, giving employees the opportunity to fully develop their charitable ideas.

In every appeal of the foundation, it is proven that the People of Steele can and want to help and motivate their colleagues by their example. Each year, the Foundation considers dozens of projects full of enthusiasm and dedication.

Thanks from those we have helped
